Who we are
LocalLead Partners works with Australian trades and home-service businesses to connect them with local customer enquiries. For privacy questions, contact Adam at adam@localleadpartners.com.au.
What we collect
When you use our availability form, we collect your name, business name, trade or service, suburb or city, email address and any phone number or message you choose to provide. You don’t need to provide a street address. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your message.
Our hosting services may also process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and request logs to operate the website, keep it secure and prevent spam.
How we use your information
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, check potential availability for your trade and area, discuss a partnership and maintain relevant business correspondence. Submitting this form does not sign you up to a newsletter or create a partnership agreement.
We do not sell your personal information or distribute your agency enquiry to competing businesses.
How the form reaches us
Our website sends availability enquiries through FormSubmit to adam@localleadpartners.com.au. The recipient inbox uses Google Workspace. Website hosting, form processing and email providers process information as part of delivering their services. Their infrastructure may be located outside Australia.
FormSubmit states that form submissions are retained in its submission archive for 30 days. Our website application does not maintain a separate enquiry database. Correspondence in our email inbox is retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the relationship and meet applicable obligations.
Cookies and analytics
We have not installed advertising trackers or an analytics service on this website. The site’s own features do not set cookies. Fonts are served by the website rather than requested from a third-party font service. Our hosting provider may use technical services needed for security and delivery.
Keeping your information secure
We use HTTPS and reasonable safeguards to protect enquiry information. Access is limited to what is needed to respond and operate the business. No online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Access, corrections and privacy concerns
You can ask us what enquiry information we hold about you, request a correction or ask us to delete information we no longer need. Email adam@localleadpartners.com.au with your request. We may need to verify your identity, and some records may need to be retained for legal or legitimate business reasons.
If you have a privacy concern, contact Adam so we can investigate and respond. If your concern remains unresolved, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner for information about privacy complaints.

We may update this policy if the way we collect or use information changes. The current version will be available on this page with an updated date.
